LSA Aesthetic Clinic is built around one surgeon and a preference for results nobody can point to.
The clinic runs on a straightforward idea: that aesthetic work should leave someone looking like a rested version of themselves, not like they had something done. That has not changed, even as the treatment list has grown from surgery alone to include injectables, lasers, and regenerative skin work.
What has changed is the range of options for saying no to surgery. A patient who would once have been offered a facelift and nothing else can now be offered threads, or fillers, or simply better skin care. Having more tools mostly means recommending less.
An honest no
If a procedure will not give you what you are hoping for, you will be told that in the consultation rather than after the deposit. Turning work away is part of the job.
One surgeon, start to finish
Dr. Abogado performs the procedures himself. The person who assesses you is the person who operates on you and the person who sees you at follow-up.
Technique matched to the patient
Much of the aesthetic literature assumes European anatomy. Technique here is adapted for Asian and Filipino facial structure and skin behaviour, which changes both the plan and the risks.
