I believe that a decision about your own body should never be rushed, and it definitely should not cost you money just to get honest information. That is why the first consultation is free. Wala kang babayaran para lang malaman kung ano ang mga option mo.
During that sit-down, we talk. Ano ang gusto mong baguhin? Ano ang inaalala mo? I look at your specific anatomy, ask about your health history, and walk you through what is realistic for you, not a generic answer copied from a brochure.
"Am I a good candidate?"
This is the question I get asked the most, in one form or another. And the honest answer is: it depends, and that is exactly why we need to actually meet and talk.
With over 47 years of experience working specifically with Asian and Filipino skin and facial anatomy, I have learned that what works beautifully on one face does not automatically translate to another. Your bone structure, your skin type, your healing pattern, these are all part of the picture. That is what the consultation is for: an honest, specific answer, not a guess.
How the downpayment actually works
Once we agree on a plan and you decide to move forward, here is exactly how it works, walang paligid-ligid:
For major surgery, the downpayment is ₱20,000. For minor procedures, it is ₱5,000. This amount secures your date, on a first come, first served basis, and it is deducted from your total procedure cost. It is not an extra charge on top, it is part of what you would pay anyway.
A few honest things you should know upfront, kasi mas maganda malaman mo agad kaysa ma-surprise ka later:
- The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once your date is secured.
- If you need to reschedule, let us know at least one week before your scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can typically be accommodated once.
- You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or card. A 4% terminal fee applies to card payments, since that is what the payment processor charges us.
Bakit ganito ang setup? Because a confirmed slot means we have blocked off real time, real preparation, and real resources for you specifically. It protects both your schedule and ours, and it lets us give every patient our full attention on their actual day.
What happens after you commit
Once your booking is secured, you will receive clear pre-operative instructions, a reminder checklist specific to your procedure, post-operative guidelines, and medication instructions. Wala kang iisipin kung ano ang susunod na hakbang, kasi ilalatag namin lahat.
For certain procedures under sedation, or if you are 40 and above, or if you have an existing medical condition, we may ask for medical clearance from your own physician first. Not to slow you down, but because your safety comes before anything else.
